Purpose of Job
The Assistant Account Manager will provide support to the sales team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, which includes maintaining sales department records, filing contracts, confirming receipt of equipment and assisting with the preparation of contracts and quotes.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers
•    Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations 
•    Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications
•    Coordinate job billing with the sales team
•    Confirm the arrival of parts for service and contract projects and notify appropriate personnel of arrival
•    File and maintain documentation according to record keeping and retention guidelines
•    Attend sales meetings
•    Responsible for reporting job progress to sales and leadership team
•    Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) and 2-3 years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required.  This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
