ROLE SUMMARY:
You will be responsible to manage/publish content in internal and external social media. Develop content as per subject requirements and coordinate with respective client.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to:)
- Responsible to manage the company’s intranet and Yammer
- Increase employee engagement with effective use of internal communication channels like Yammer etc.
- Write, edit, and administer ongoing tactical employee communications utilizing specific and appropriate channels (across digital and traditional channels).
- Continually evaluate the effectiveness of existing communication channels and identify new and creative ways to reach employees.
- Helping HR Team with employee communication by developing and coordinating communications.
- Responsible to create Internal Employee Newsletters.
- Support the Internal HR team in delivering on employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Support in creating articles, videos as required from time to time.
- Content for Linked in.
- Design, Content, Publish internal channels
- Linked in and website (Asia Pacific perspective) – content for domestic
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate / Postgraduate in mass communication will be preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar field.
- Has a proven track record of copywriting for communications purposes - must be comfortable providing examples if requested.
- Experience of Yammer, Canva, Photoshop, Adobe or any internal engagement tool will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to plan, organize and stick to deadlines.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience working with digital media.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Deadline driven, self-motivated, and technically savvy.
- Willing to work in Day/Swing Shifts.
- Flexible -takes direction with ease.
- Critical thinking -takes initiative -self-motivated.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
TRAVEL:- May be required at times for training purposes, or for company and/or client meetings.
JOB LOCATION:- Congruex Mohali, Punjab
