Seeking an experienced and personable individual to fill the role of R&D Administrative Clerk. This position is responsible for keeping office operations running efficiently through data entry, record keeping, and coordinating communications.

Location: Orange County, NY

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day department operations with data entry and clerical projects
  • Prepare and maintain complex interrelated files and records
  • Entering ingredients, recipes, and specs into Excel Spreadsheets
  • Organizes meetings from agendas to documents and post-meeting summaries
  • Requisitions of materials and supplies for office
  • Translates information from notes, forms, and logs into department files
  • Keeps accurate logs and records of R&D documents and ingredients
  • Effectively manage department and project schedules while coordinating with other departments

Required Skills/Qualifications:  
  • Associate degree and at least two years of experience in data entry or clerical work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while working in a friendly office environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment in a confidential capacity
  • Communicating effectively, both written and verbally
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office with strong Excel skills and the ability to type at least 50 words per minute
