Source2 is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN. Our Client Success Program ensures a highly valuable and culturally aligned partnership with our clients. You’ll lead this important work with one of the largest clients in our portfolio.

What you’ll do:

Client Leadership
  • Strategically drive client satisfaction and the overall success of client relationship.
  • Own relationships with clients’ senior-most contacts and hold monthly partnership review meetings.
  • Proactively problem-solve and escalate issues that may impact our holistic relationship, solution delivery, and/or pricing & profitability.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to drive better outcomes.
  • Support assigned client leader with a quality transition of projects to recruitment operations.

Program Management
  • Partner to ensure the engagement & retention of newly hired employees.
  • Drive strategies to improve hiring performance in historically challenging markets.

Requirements:
 
  • 2 + years experience in high-volume recruiting; experience as client-lead, account management or HR preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
  • 1+ years experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective delivery of presentations to client leadership
  • Proficient in using core MS Office Suite products
  • Compliance with our client's on-site policies, including its safe workplace policies and vaccination requirements.
  • Ability to travel out of state (25-30%)
