Job Description:
As a Product Manager on our Back-Office Solutions team, you will be part of the team responsible for providing our internal stakeholders and departments with the best possible means of effectively engaging and supporting our customers through the management of internal platforms, tools, and services. In this role, you will be expected to deconstruct complex features and deliverables into actionable requirements, be the voice and advocate of end-users, and own the product lifecycle from beginning to end.  
What you will do:  

  • Engage and support the needs of end-users (which happen to be internal stakeholders and employees of our organization) 
  • Actively collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize high value features and requests 
  • Pitch your vision(s) clearly and effectively to secure buy-in from diverse groups of stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
  • Make-use of metric driven decision-making in everything that you do 
  • Build, own, and evangelize a multi-year vision through a Product Roadmap 
  • Manage both the build and commercialization side of product management 
  • Evaluate program success against strategic direction, highlight and present opportunities to align initiatives to broader strategy 

What you should have:  

  • A BS or higher in a technical discipline or 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, product manager, business analyst, or other discipline combined with electronic component industry or e-commerce experience
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies  
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prepare and present complex technical material and knowledge base content describing services, solutions, and troubleshooting processes 
  • A can-do attitude, a sense of urgency, and a passion for delivering value 
  • Ability to establish and administer new processes and procedures 
  • Experience working with application developers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps personnel  
  • General working understanding of web application development technologies and frameworks, APIs, and Cloud Technologies
