Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for coding, batching, and entering invoices into Microsoft D365 accounting application. They will also resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, and process weekly vendor and subcontractor check and ACH payments. The A/P Coordinator is self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and an excellent work ethic.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
High volume data entry of vendor and subcontractor invoices. Approximately 75-125 per day
Match invoices against purchase orders and verify amounts, monitor discount opportunities, confirm project detail, etc. Properly allocate to proper G/L expense accounts and cost centers
Enter and verify various state sales tax calculation in an Excel spreadsheet
Research and resolve invoice issues and validate monthly statements
Maintain vendor and subcontractor Form W-9s and certificates of insurance
Process and preparation of weekly check and ACH payments
Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Strong working computer skills, to include Microsoft Excel
High volume data entry and problem resolution experience
General Math skills
Working knowledge of accounting practices
Demonstration of problem-solving skills

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot information
Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
Ability to work as part of a team
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience within the construction and/or telecommunications industry
