We have a unique opportunity for an administrative professional in our Albuquerque regional office. This individual will provide administrative and clerical support for our Construction Materials group. Office hours Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.


Essential Functions

• Administrative support across multiple departments

• Information retrieval and data-entry

• Accounting operations (billing, invoicing)

• Report preparation and distribution

• Strong telephone etiquette and coordination

• Customer service and multi-tasking

• Electronic & paper filing

• Payroll time card entry

• Other administrative functions as needed



• Strong organization and planning skills

• Professional attitude and bearing

• Solid reading and comprehension skills

• Excellent oral and writing skills

• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, MS Word, Office, and Google Docs

• Previous administrative experience required

• Previous construction industry experience helpful
