The gig in short:
ENTRE Institute is looking for an experienced leader who has a proven track record of working horizontally to coordinate and align company strategy, planning cycles, resourcing (capital and people), key metric accountability, data insights, and key project delivery. They will work to ensure there is the connective tissue across all teams.

What we want you to do:- Strategic Planning, Quarterly Planning, Key Priorities, Resource planning
- Manage Annual and Quarterly planning cycles with the Senior Leadership Team and lead coordination across all functional teams.
- Oversee prioritization of the company’s key priorities to ensure as an overall company we are making space for and getting this key work done first and foremost.
- With a portfolio view, drive capacity management of key people resources that exist now or are needed and partner closely with FP&A on budgeting.
- Have the personality/experience/and communication skills to manage up and across with a talented and opinionated leadership team, ask the tough questions when new ideas/proposals come up that might throw other existing things off track. This includes determining if/where there is capacity and what we would consider stopping doing.
- Accountability of the SLT to Key Metrics
- Manage the MIND methodology to ensure each team is delivering. When not, help work horizontally to get back on track.
- Lead the weekly Senior Leadership Team meetings driving delivery of the most important work to achieve the company’s goals.
- Data Insights
- Oversee the data team that will deliver data and data insights for all functional teams to run the individual parts of our business.
- Project Management Team
- Lead a team of senior Project Managers who lead the most important cross-functional projects to ensure cross-team delivery.
- Provide horizontal support to other teams leading their own initiatives
What we are looking for and what you have to have:- 3-7 years of VP of Business Operations, COO, or related experience
- Proven track record of achieving high-level results
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven ability to work cross functionally
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
