What we want you to do:

• Build and lead our Referral Partner Program in a world-class program driving consistent and compliant acquisition

• With your expert trainers, develop and optimize level-based training programs and communities that drive compliant sales

• eTogether with the Audience Group Manager, Develop ,grow, and optimize Audience Groups and Audience Group leaders based on targeted demographics

• Recruit and manage a dedicated Outbound Referral Partner Recruiter, to recruit and manage “super” referral partner relationships, including bloggers, influencers, and other strategic partners with existing audiences

• Create and implement referral marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales

• Monitor referral partner performance and together with senior leadership, adjust commission rates and incentives as needed to drive results

• Continuously collaborate with other marketing teams to share up-to-date, winning strategies, content, and practices in your program, while leveraging their expertise on behalf of the referral partners.

• Track and report on affiliate program performance, including clicks, conversions, and revenue

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for affiliate marketing

• Manage the affiliate program budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI
   

What we are looking for and what you have to have:

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a track record of success in driving traffic and sales through affiliate programs

• Experience developing and managing affiliate or partner programs at $20M+ ARR

• Omni-channel marketing experience, including Facebook, YT, IG, TikTok and more

• Thorough knowledge of affiliate, education, and marketing compliance with a proven track record of building compliant programs

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven track record of creative problem solving with a bias for action

• Ability to thoughtfully communicate and collaborate with other senior leaders

• Experience successfully managing large teams and developing direct reports

• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Passion for entrepreneurship and helping others succeed
