We’re looking for a Sales Director who has deep experience in high growth, remote based, setter/closer sales funnels for B2C education/coaching products. We want someone who is excited to come into an already established high-performing sales team and partner in transforming them into a team that's among the best in the world.

What we want you to do:

Work hand in hand with VP of Sales to Plan, implement and manage the company's sales strategy, including optimizing new inbound campaigns, setter to closer models, high ticket ascension processes, customer referrals, and more.

Hire, lead, inspire and develop a high-performing ‘best in the world’ setter/closer teams that can continuously innovate and optimize sales performance that drives consistent and diversified growth for years to come.

Roll up the sleeves and lead (or participate in) our daily “game film” and “warm up” skills training sessions with the team so we’re constantly coaching and improving.

Review and refine the sales scripts and training materials on a regular basis based on call feedback, optimizations to the process, and upgrades/changes to the product.

Supporting the team in leveraging Jiminny for instant call feedback to improve their call quality, scripting, and energy levels.

Follow a consistent, disciplined, and data-driven approach to bottleneck analysis and funnel campaign optimization including weekly 1:1 with team members.

Be obsessed with developing your skills as a sales coach by consuming new training regularly from the best of the best sales trainers in our industry so you can implement the most effective and up to date best practices on the team.

Be able and eager to jump in to lead in the trenches, as well as lead strategically to rapidly earn the trust and respect of your team members.

Serve as a collaborative, solution-oriented, supportive internal leader, ensuring positive, effective cross-functional teamwork

Foster strong, collaborative relationship with Marketing, Product Team, and Student Success; establish mutual trust, effective communication, and consistent agreements between teams

Be a strategic partner with the Sales Managers, VPs and senior leadership team; share learning and sales best practices, continually improve processes and content, and provide clear and consistent communication to broader stakeholders and the company

Inform the business by providing weekly analysis, reporting, and dashboarding of sales team performance and calendar

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets while teaching each individual on your team to do so themselves.

Create innovative monthly promotions and team contests that build unity and team/company pride.
What we are looking for and what you have to have:
-
5+ years’ experience driving revenue impact through marketing in E-Learning companies, early to mid-stage experience a must
-
5+ years’ experience leading and managing a sales team with (8+) direct reports with an emphasis in the setter to closer, mid to high ticket, remote, B2C, education space

Proven track record of creating/optimizing winning B2C sales funnels that scale using paid acquisition and organic content marketing
-
Proven track record of hiring, training, growing sales team to meet and exceed targets quarter over quarter utilizing multiple sales tactics.

Experience presenting and training sales organizations utilizing modern B2C frameworks
-
Experience and mastery to inspect, hire, coach and inspire the leadership and individual contributors of the sales team, including but not limited to setters, closer 1, closer 2 and project managers.

Deep experience in creation of tactical sales frames (scripts) for both inbound and outbound sales efforts.

Demonstrated ability to leverage tech stacks and CRMs to optimize show rate, close rate, retain rate, dollars per lead, and lifetime value.

Established track record reading and taking action utilizing comprehensive metrics to track success against business goals and enable iterative improvement
