We’re looking for an email marketing specialist who’s excited to examine the proven offers we have and take them to the next level, as well as update our existing automations for maximum conversions while crafting new high converting sequences from scratch. 

We spend close to around $2M per month on ads alone, and we are always rapid-fire testing new hooks, new ads, new emails, sales experiences etc…  to continue to drive performance. This is your chance to see your work perform at full throttle and drive revenue like you’ve never seen before.

What we want you to do:

• Define and drive email marketing strategy and optimizations for Entre in collaboration with the Marketing Operations Lead

• Manage daily operations of the email marketing calendar, strategy and content. 

• Build and deploy email campaigns, as well as email A/B testing and the measurement and reporting of email projects

• Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our students and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement

• Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure all email project’s copy requirements are met and that brand guidelines are followed in all emails

• Report and provide recommendations on email performance and optimizations weekly

• Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize email marketing automations

• Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with social media, content, creative and paid media teams

• Manage scheduled, promotional email campaigns such as upgrades, discounts or webinar invites.

• Ensure the safety of Entre’s email domains by monitoring IP health and spam rates.

Requirements 

• Must know ActiveCampaign inside and out 

• 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience required

• 3+ years of direct response marketing experience (in-house or agency) required

• Proven track record of building and optimizing email marketing strategies and automations

• Experience building automations that run off of a list and tag based system

• Experience building out and optimizing email projects including abandon carts, newsletters, retargeting campaigns, hotlist build and promotional campaigns

• Experience segmenting lists for promotional campaigns

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Google Suite capabilities and comfortability with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.

• Must have a home/office space that is professional, quiet, and clear from all distractions

• 99% Remote, occasional travel to Entre Institute conferences

• Stable internet access, with a minimum of 10Mbps up/down
