We’re looking for a Marketing Leader who has deep experience in high growth, paid acquisition driven B2C companies and is excited to come into an already established high-performing marketing team and transform them into a team that's among the best in the world.

Whether it's Funnels, VSLs, sales letters, ads, email/sms campaigns, webinars, tracking, optimization, you name it. If it involves marketing, we want you all over it, working alongside our team of marketing strategists, copywriters, media buyers, creatives, and production team to drive the improvements that give your campaigns the power to reach millions (or dare I say, billions) of eyeballs.

What we want you to do:
  • Plan, implement and manage the company's marketing strategy, including new marketing campaigns, paid and organic acquisition, customer referrals, and more.
  • Hire, lead, inspire and develop a high-performing ‘best in the world’ marketing team that can continuously innovate new marketing campaigns that drive consistent and diversified growth for years to come.
  • Manage overall marketing operations including the marketing budget, economics of the business, KPIs, technology, reporting, and dashboards that demonstrate marketing impact and ROI.
  • Integrate with product and client services leaders to improve marketing messaging and develop new conversion strategies based on real time product and client feedback 
  • Drive consistent improvement when it comes to the execution of recurring processes and key initiatives on the marketing team that drive results.
  • Lead a consistent, disciplined, and data-driven approach to consistent marketing campaign optimization including weekly testing, analytics, and adjustments
  • Be able and eager to jump in to lead in the trenches, as well as lead strategically to rapidly earn the trust and respect of your team members.
  • Serve as a collaborative, solution-oriented, supportive internal leader, ensuring positive, effective cross-functional teamwork
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationship with Sales; establish mutual trust, effective communication, and consistent agreements between teams
  • Be a strategic partner with the senior leadership team; share learning and marketing best practices, continually improve processes and content, and provide clear and consistent communication to broader stakeholders and the company
  • Inform the business by providing weekly analysis, reporting, and dashboarding of marketing performance and calendar
  • Drive a highly organized and time-committed marketing calendar, with a focus on integrated campaigns
  • Formulate marketing forecasts and create the marketing plan including methods for market penetration, customer acquisition, and overall brand awareness
  • Drive and own agency and freelance contractor relationships as needed
  • Act as a proud, intelligent company evangelist on LinkedIn and other social channels (e.g. speaking events, analysts, media, customers, prospects, and partners)
 


What we are looking for and what you have to have:
  • 5+ years’ experience driving revenue impact through marketing in E-Learning companies, early to mid-stage experience a must
  • 5+ years’ experience leading and managing a marketing team with (5+) direct reports with an emphasis in the demand generation/revenue marketing domain
  • Proven track record of creating winning B2C marketing campaigns that scale using paid acquisition and organic content marketing
  • Proven track record of growing traffic to pipeline in a high growth company where driving awareness and pipeline growth was critical
  • Experience owning, managing and optimizing a large marketing budget for maximum profitability
  • Experience and mastery to inspect, hire, coach and inspire the leadership and individual contributors of the marketing team, including but not limited to marketing strategists, copywriters, media buyers, conversion rate optimization specialists, email marketing specialists, creative and production teams (video, design, content, etc), and project managers.
  • Deep experience in driving marketing strategy, while also overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to transition smoothly between strategic and tactical work
  • Established track record creating comprehensive metrics to track success against business goals and enable iterative improvement
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies and spend management across paid, organic, SEO, etc. 
  • Hands on experience with CRM and Data Analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Meta Business Manager, Google Optimize, VWO, Hyros, etc
