The gig in short: 

The Funnel Designer & CRO Specialist will be responsible for creating and optimizing marketing funnels for our ENTRE. They will work closely with the marketing team to design, develop, and implement effective funnels that drive leads and sales.  This role will be instrumental in improving the conversion rates of ENTRE’s digital properties. They will work closely with the Marketing Ops Lead and development teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase conversions.

What we want you to do: 

• Assist Marketing Ops Lead in building and implementing CRO tests across all marketing channels (Facebook, YouTube, Email, Organic, Affiliate, etc…)

• Work closely with MarTech developers to ensure all tests are delivered on time and function appropriately

• Design pages and funnels in Clickfunnels to support higher complexity tests and the production of new funnels

• Work with MarTech developers to ensure pages and funnels designed on Clickfunnels are appropriately migrated out to the tech stack and QA’d

• Contribute ideas to testing strategy

• Monitor and analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in funnel design and optimization, and best practices for CRO. 

What we are looking for and what you have to have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in marketing funnel design and CRO or related field

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hyros & Amplitude

• Proficient in optimization tools such as VWO

• Proficient in Funnel Design Tools such as ClickFunnels & Go High Level.

• Experience with creating and executing A/B testing and statistical analysis

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
