Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to resolve any technical issues escalated from our Customer Support team 
  • Resolve complex customer problems (involving debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring issues are closed out)
  • Own and project manage the list of prioritized customer issues (including communicating to Customer Support when the issue is resolved and ready for customer testing) 
  • Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to help resolve any technical issues in a timely manner

What You Need for the Position:

  • 1+ years work experience in a Technical Support Engineer or equivalent position
  • Demonstrated skill in Customer Support or Customer Service 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and advance customer issues
  • Industry experience in Cannabis preferred 
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and have the passion to deliver support

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in using ORM tools or debugging consoles (such as Rails console) to investigate issues
  • Understanding relational database models and querying for datasets
  • Ability to use source control branches to spin up local environments to reproduce issues

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000
