Job Description:
Benefit Support Specialists provide administrative support to REE’s Sales Department and quality customer service to REE’s clients. Benefit Support Specialists review and complete CRM records, contact new leads, and manage documents. This role is also responsible for requesting, updating, and organizing client files, contracts, and medical records.  A successful Benefit Support Specialist is patient, efficient, self-motivated, highly organized, and great at multitasking.   
  • Assist in requesting, updating, and managing client documents and CRM records.  
  • Assist clients by troubleshooting, providing status updates, and problem-solving.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand REE’s service offerings and discuss REE’s services with new leads.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Assist with case management, including managing the lifecycle of expedited client files.
  • Follow up with staff and clients in a timely manner.
  • Succinctly and accurately document all client interactions in the CRM.
  • Maintain strict client and company confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 1+ years sales support or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Self-starter who maintains a can-do, innovative attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adopt frequent process changes
  • High School diploma or equivalent
