Description
As a Material and Maintenance Analyst, you will support the Project Manager for Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) Inventory & Software Management. You will also assist in creating or revising standard operating procedures for inventory processes and provide demonstrated and specialized expertise in this field. This position also includes establishing processes for maintaining and tracking maintenance schedules on GFP hardware, in addition to establishing and managing a work order system for ensuring all required maintenance is scheduled and executed.

Responsibilities
• Perform security and access control of inventory spaces and manage visitor log in accordance with facility security procedures
• Ensure all GFP/GFE is accounted for in accordance with CDRLs
• Make recommendations/updates to the Property Management Plan when applicable
• Conduct inventory control of equipment and ensure all incoming and outgoing equipment is recorded in the equipment logbook
• Induct equipment into maintenance as required and track status from induction through completion of corrective action or replacement.
• Support management of CMR accounts to include addition and removal of equipment to the Laboratory Operations Manager.
• Report and track maintenance service requests for building/GFP/GFE environments to ensure storage complies with SigmaCorps Property Management Plan and CDRLs
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

​​​​​​​Experience
• 2-5 years experience with Material Management, maintaining inventory tracking systems for incoming and outgoing inventory, establishing processes for maintaining and tracking maintenance schedules on GFP hardware, and establishing and managing a work order system for ensuring all required maintenance is executed timely
• Experience with asset management to ensure that all inventory, inventory control functions, and inventory purchases, shipments, and receivers are properly executed and documented

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, or related field
OR
• Experience commensurate with degree including (4) or more years experience in materials management and materials maintenance, materials logistics for shipping and receiving
