Job Summary: The Field Supervisors generates, plans, directs and coordinates the day to day operation, usually through communication with project managers and foremen. Pre site survey potential projects to evaluate the project for things that will be needed for project completion as well as gather information to utilize during the locating process. Work with the project manager to monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is completed correctly
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
Work with foremen to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with all jobs/projects, ex: calling in locates
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications. Confer with project managers and foremen to discuss such matters.
Lead and maintain a safe work environment.
Field Survey completed projects to ensure quality of work meets company standards
Maintain supplies and materials to complete each project.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication Proficiency
Leadership
Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office)
Field Supervision or OSP foreman
Teamwork Orientation
Valid CDL Class A License highly preferred
Previous experience working from blueprints, and specifications
Experience in conduit, fiber, manhole and hand hole placement
Knowledge of telecommunications industry both aerial and underground construction
Heavy Equipment Operation (backhoe, mini excavator, etc.)
Ability to travel
Experience with locates along the Ohio and West Virginia River. (Preferred)
