Our company is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Advisor - Qualifier to join our team. As a Sales Advisor-Qualifier, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and determining their needs and level of interest in our products or services.

What we want you to do:

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or chat to determine their needs and level of interest in our products or services

  • Use a consultative approach to identify customer pain points and offer solutions that meet their needs

  • Qualify potential customers based on their budget, timeline, and level of interest

  • Schedule appointments for Advisor 2- Closer to follow-up with qualified leads

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion goals

  • Keeping the sales pipeline updated with accurate and timely information

 

 

What we are looking for and what you have to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2C setting

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
