The gig in short:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Closer to join our Enrollment team. The Ideal individual  will be responsible for meeting with clients remotely through Zoom as their Enrollment Advocate, understanding their needs, and ensuring a good fit for the client and the business. The ideal candidate will take a fiduciary approach to aligning client goals with educational opportunities offered by the institute in the process meeting  targets effortlessly and thus making a lasting impact in the lives of our students. 

A passion for entrepreneurial pursuits and a genuine care for others will be the two characteristics needed to reach the highest level of success with us. We are looking for someone who builds trust through honestly seeking to understand our students where they are at.

To be a successful closer you must be able to create instant rapport and be able to assist our client in making the best possible decision for themselves.

A top closer should be a good listener, self motivated, have self- awareness and effective time management.

What we want you to do:

• Complete the onboarding process and education prior to accepting pre-booked calls. (1-2 weeks)

• Conduct pre-booked  calls in 1 hour windows, and following up on leads

• Maintain schedule of availability for 25 calls to be given a week and a 40% booked to close ratio 

• The ability to analyze customer data and customize solutions that align with demonstrated results..

• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

• Complete company guidelines of tracking every lead and potential close

• Attend weekly trainings and daily huddles with team manager

• Meeting, exceeding all benchmarks and KPIs and remaining coachable and committed to correcting bottlenecks. 

• Staying informed about competing products and services.

• Uphold company standards of communication and ethics

What we are looking for and what you have to have:

• Have general understanding or be willing to learn our Tech Stack including Slack, ScheduleOnce, Clickup, G-Suite and our custom CRM.

• 5-10 years Previous experience in sales or a related sales position

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to move between multiple tasks.

• High levels of integrity and proven track record of ethical behavior.

• Excellent listening, conversational and consultative sales skills

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to achieve targets.
