The System Administrator will support network operations with the customer's Cyber Support Desk including user requests for assistance and providing advice and support to the customer regarding hardware/software malfunctions or issues. They will further preform testing, troubleshoots and correct problems relative to system interoperability including hardware, software, and application programs to include security and software patches. They will also identify and resolve common problems, questions or situations and provide support to the customer to help their business needs. This may include on-site customer support and installation, support, and maintenance of desktop computer operating systems along with hardware and software.
Provide Help Desk support for technical assistance, support of multiple software versions and incident processing.
Add, remove, or update user account information including:
- Set/reset user passwords,
- Establishing user accounts,
- responding to user requests for assistance along with customer advice and support regarding fixes.
Perform Hardware repair on identified server and customer systems. Perform VTC operations, scheduling conference calls, coordinating with customers and distant end attendees. Receive and respond to incoming calls and/or e-mails regarding AV and VTC software/hardware problems. Provide analysis, diagnosis, resolution and develop processes in relation to AV and VTC hardware problems and their solutions to issues either on-site or over the phone. Performing monthly preventative maintenance Inspections of conference equipment and presentation equipment to ensure stability of teleconferencing & video conferencing equipment for the customer.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Standard Shift from 0700-1600 or 7AM to 4PM M-F
