Then you might be our next Coaching Concierge! 

 

The coaching concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. 

 

This includes answering students’ questions, providing information on cohort information, coach information, and student engagement. The concierge is also responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with multiple departments and to ensure the best possible service for students.

What we want you to do:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Coaching Leadership Department 

  • Compile weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data points from across the department for weekly Coaching and Operations meetings

  • Daily email communication with students and key department team members 

  • Investigation into student journey, issues & or concerns that may arise 

  • Following up with Students placed in an “MIA student protocol” status  

  • Resolving any Student Escalations 

  • Coaching Appointment Confirmations 

  • Student Journey Confirmations (graduations & transitions) 

  • Provide full student experience clarity

  • Renewals 

  • Scheduling 1-1’s with Coaches 

 

What we are looking for and what you have to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience 

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is a plus, but not required

  • High degree of technical competency in a modern office environment, with extensive experience utilizing cloud-based productivity tools such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Drive, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, etc.

  • Able to work independently, “read between the lines” and execute without direct supervision

  • Comfortable using and updating project management tools

  • Reliable, self-motivator, with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Established record of successful problem solving skills

  • Able to keep track of multiple projects at one time
