Senior People Analyst
6+ Month W2 Contract

The Challenge:

The Adobe People Analytics team is part of the Insights and Technology Operations organization in Employee Experience (HR). We empower Employee Experience teams and business leaders to apply people data and insights in their work, we build compelling people data solutions and support people reporting and analytics needs across global Adobe.

What you'll do:
  • Be an analytics thought partner for the Talent Management team and EX Technology team as we implement Talent Management and Succession Planning using Workday.
  • Collaborate with Adobe's Talent Management team to understand their key priorities and pain points.
  • Use your strong people skills and executive presence to influence stakeholders so that design decisions are made with good data in mind. You will lead design of metrics (operational metrics and business KPIs).
  • Apply your deep knowledge of people analytics to articulate convincing rationale for creating new metrics: how they help answer specific business questions, how they contribute to/augment existing metrics.
  • Prototype compelling and intuitive wireframes to answer key questions and drive actions for EX teams and business leaders.
  • Partner closely with Tech and Data Ops team to ensure data governance perspective is incorporated as part of design and implementation.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment with technical leaders, product managers, consultants, and business customers (end-users). It will be your job to bring in, share, and apply your technical expertise and creativity to respond quickly to newly emerging business needs. 

What you'll need:
  • Masters in relevant field preferred (preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics with at least 3 years in people analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of people analytics (Recruiting, Hiring, Headcount, Promotion and Mobility, Succession Planning, and Attrition) .
  • Experience with generating hypotheses using people data.
  • Experience with performing statistical analysis on people data .
  • Experience advising on people data to HRBPs and/or HR COE teams .
  • Experience influencing HR stakeholders and senior leaders .
  • Experience with data visualization with people data (preferred).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range:
$67.60 - $84.50 / HR
