Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Summary

We're looking for someone passionate about technology in a cloud environment, and wants to join our dynamic and innovative team at Torchlight AI. The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure. This includes managing the help desk, provisioning devices for new employees, administering Google Workspace, and assisting in other corporate IT services functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT help desk, providing support to users with technical issues.
• Provisioning devices for new employees, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Administering Google Workspace, including setting up user accounts, managing email, and configuring shared drives.
• Assisting in other corporate IT services functions, such as network administration, security administration, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Google Workspace certification is a plus.
