Your Impact at Land Intelligence
The Vice President (VP) of Media Production oversees the media production department of a company, managing production projects, team members, and resources. They are responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating, and delivering media products that meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
Oversee all media production operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon quality standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the media production department in line with the company's overall strategic direction.
Lead and manage the media production team, including hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating performance.
Coordinate with other department heads to align the media production operations with the overall company objectives.
Manage the production budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal use and cost-efficiency.
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, suppliers, or regulatory bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in media production, and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure all media production activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
What You Bring to Land Intelligence
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Significant experience in media production, including managerial and leadership experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of media production techniques, software, and equipment.
Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in relevant digital media software.
