Your Impact at Land Intelligence

The Vice President (VP) of Media Production oversees the media production department of a company, managing production projects, team members, and resources. They are responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating, and delivering media products that meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Oversee all media production operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon quality standards.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the media production department in line with the company's overall strategic direction.

  • Lead and manage the media production team, including hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating performance.

  • Coordinate with other department heads to align the media production operations with the overall company objectives.

  • Manage the production budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal use and cost-efficiency.

  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, suppliers, or regulatory bodies.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in media production, and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure all media production activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.

What You Bring to Land Intelligence

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
     
  • Significant experience in media production, including managerial and leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of media production techniques, software, and equipment.

  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in relevant digital media software.
