Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing

  • Drive new business growth and expand the client base by actively prospecting and developing relationships with healthcare facilities and organizations.

  • Present and promote FleetNurse's innovative healthcare staffing solutions to key decision-makers, highlighting the value and benefits they offer.

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their staffing requirements and objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and continuously identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge, industry expertise, and professional development through ongoing training and learning opportunities.

  • Attend conferences and tradeshows 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Dependable transportation (car allowance provided)
  • Ability to work remotely

  • Ability to travel 75%

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales.

Sales Skills:

  • Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.

  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, particularly in healthcare staffing or related areas.

  • Understanding of healthcare workforce challenges and the ability to position FleetNurse's solutions effectively.

Leadership and Teamwork:

  • Previous experience creating and leading sales initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to drive sales success.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
