Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and achieving business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Support:-
- Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Help create engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, website copy, and more.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content.
- Assist marketing team in photo and video shoots including scheduling team members and crew, script editing/proofing for videos, and photo shoot lists. Assist on site the day of shoots to coordinate team members and keep shoot on schedule.

- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and industry news to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.

- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities for all domestic and international tradeshows.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication to ensure successful event outcomes.
Market Research:-
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to contribute to marketing strategy development.
- Compile and present research findings to assist in decision-making processes.

- Contribute to the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, design, and product development to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Work with HR and Marketing team to develop marketplace website for shirt/swag ordering for onboarding new salary and hourly employees.
- Assist HR with keeping swag materials available for plant tour guests.
- Provide support and assistance to other marketing team members as needed.

- Manage, order, and track inventory of swag merchandise. Includes receiving stock from shipping, moving, and lifting boxes into swag area and packing shipments for tradeshows, events, and general use.
- Assist in managing swag invoices from vendors and partners.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to trade shows and events as needed.
