Summary
The Human Resource Information Services (HRIS) Manager will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our HR Technology resources in collaboration with the HR Operations, benefits, compensation, payroll/Finance, and IT functions. Lead governance and optimization of current HR systems and processes, and project management of planned systems to achieve our business and HR goals. Manage the relationship with vendors and consultants, as primary point of contact for service level agreements and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:- Audits data entry on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance.
- Provides user support including troubleshooting, system function/release communications and development and maintenance of user documentation.
- Researches, resolves and documents any data discrepancies.
- Responds to and escalates as appropriate any requests for system data
- Prepares, modifies and distributes routine and customized reports, charts and data files.
- Designs and builds reporting dashboards related to internal data collection.
- Reviews, updates and documents processes, job aides and guidelines related HR System
- Maintain internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.
- Troubleshooting of feeds between current HR information system (Paycom) and other systems at the Company (benefits, equity management, etc.)
- Identifies needed improvements and enhancements to existing information systems and databases; recommends solutions.
- Handles automated queries, filters, macros, and automated and customized reports.
- Compiles or assists with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs.
- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and applications.
- Main point of contact for HR Technology support for HR Team, Managers and Employees.
- Provide support through gathering business requirements, configuration, testing and deployment, as well as trouble-shooting and resolving user questions and systems requests
- Identifies business process requirements and process improvements and works with the process owner to evaluate, prioritize and implement updates.
- Analyzes, documents and supports application processes and functions.
- Enables and supports efficient processes and the use of HR data that leads to assessing the quality of HR data.
- Provides data and analysis support within the HRIS team. Automates to the extent possible.
- Develops customized reports and statistical analyses of workforce data.
- Performs testing (i.e. for system upgrades) and issue resolution.
- Coaches and trains end users including onboarding new HR employees.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in HR Cloud based system like: Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors application or other HR cloud solution
- 5 years of experience providing technical and functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success
- 5 years of experience with HR business process analysis and requirements gathering, with a strong emphasis on communication with HR business partners
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with a new system implementation with complex interfaces with TPA’s.
- Working knowledge of government regulations that apply to benefit programs (ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, HCRA).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interpret contractual language into easily understandable text; comfortable in group presentations and negotiations.
- Strong software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
