ENTRE is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a crucial role in our mission by harnessing the power of data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives, working with a talented team to extract meaningful insights from our diverse datasets.

What we want you to do:- Data Extraction and Analysis: Utilize your expertise in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL to efficiently extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive our educational offerings and business strategies.
- Looker Data Studio Mastery: Be a proficient user of Looker Data Studio, creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with real-time access to critical metrics and KPIs.
- Tableau (Nice to Have): While not mandatory, experience with Tableau will be an asset, allowing you to enhance our data visualization capabilities and provide deeper insights into our educational programs.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through data cleansing and validation processes, guaranteeing that the insights generated are reliable and trustworthy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Education, to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in our educational content, delivery, and customer experience.
- Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within our data, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Reporting and Communication: Create clear and concise data reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and educational trends to enhance our data analytics capabilities continuously.
What we are looking for and what you have to have:- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in Looker Data Studio; experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to the mission of ENTRE.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
