As an MPS leader in the healthcare field, Vereco is seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our team to help assemble and repair MFPs for one of our top clients.


Your focus will be assembly and repair for us in a crucial role to ensure the quality and functionality of the devices before they are sent to our customers. You will work closely with our on-site teams to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair devices, contributing to our commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality projects to our clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assembling, testing and quality control of printers and MFPs according to company guidelines and standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in printers and MFPs; including hardware and software
  • Repair and replace faulty components, ensuring that all products meet quality and performance standards
  • Maintaining accurate records of repairs, assembly processes, and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient workflow, service delivery ad timely product shipments
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and advancements in printer and MFP technology
  • Will be providing backup support to the field technicians to help with helpdesk tickets, service delivery (including toner sweeps and meter reads) and installations
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician, Field Service Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of printer hardware, including printheads, paper feed systems, and maintenance kits
  • Familiarity with major printer brands such as HP, Canon, Epson, and Xerox, and ability to troubleshoot various models
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving printer software problems, including, but not limited to driver installation and configuration
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a personal vehicle
  • Willingness to travel to various client sites and designated service areas
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds

$20.11 to $25.00/hr DOE
Various immunizations and/or medical testing may be required at the company's expense as a condition of employment for any positions that work on-site regularly in a hospital or medical setting
