What you will do

• Professionally interact with clients via phone, email, chat, or texting.
• Nurture leads through clear and consistent communication.
• Collect all necessary vehicle details to render a confirmed offer.
• Communicate with CarBrain evaluators and external partners to obtain the best available offer.
• Professionally deliver confirmed offers and successfully close sales.
• Answer clients’ questions and guide them through the sales process.
• Assist and give support with communication gaps and resolve logistical challenges.
• Follow up with clients.
• Convert leads to sales.

What you bring to the table

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great active listening skills.
• Demonstrates empathy and a positive attitude.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Driven to succeed in a quick paced high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English / Spanish is a strong plus. (Optional)
• Types 40+ words per minute.
