Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy Support Analyst that has to know the “whys” and not just the “this is how” approach. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support and equipment installations for our clients
  • Achieve continuous systems and technology skillset advancements through formal and self-initiated methods aligned with business requirements 
  • Publish documentation for client specific setups and procedures 
  • Investigate and remediate monitoring platform alerts
  • Work one of three shifts at our Nashville office: 7:00am-4:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm
  • On-call rotation five to six times a year; on-call support is weekdays from 6:00pm-11:00pm and weekends from 7:00am-6:00pm

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING:

  • At least 1 year of IT experience
  • Help desk or call center experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Remote Desktop support
  • Active Directory and Exchange
  • Patch management
  • Advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting
  • TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
  • Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets (Android & iOS)
  • Professional appearance & demeanor
  • Reliable transportation
