Join this dynamic team! We are actively seeking candidates for Painter roles on 1st Shift.
Painter Main Responsibilities:- Paint customers’ products according to their specifications and quality requirements
- Ensure that quality and production volumes are met
- Identify and reports any production issues, materials needed and/or recommendations as appropriate
- Follow all rules and policies regarding paint equipment, paint storage
- Handle and disposal of paint containers, etc.
- Perform other tasks assigned such as racking, masking, sanding, etc. that may be required
- Previous paint experience is preferred, but willing to train candidates eager to learn
- 1+ years of production experience
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a continual basis
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must have attention to detail and an excellent attendance record
