We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to assist our Sales Manager in Tallahassee, FL

The primary role of the Personal Assistant is to relieve the Sales Manager of the many daily tasks that can consume time but don't lead directly to sales; allowing the Manager to focus on sales for the office.

Scope of work:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Be present for all sales and training meetings
  • Create proposals
  • Review proposals for accuracy and make corrections as needed
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Stay in contact with vendors (roofers, insurance agents, tree trimmers, etc.) to keep projects moving forward
  • Make appointments
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management 
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Assist in coordinating montly community service project for the team
  • Assist in coordinating montly incentive outings
  • Assist the Sales Office Assistant with any duties necessart
  • Complete other duties as assigned 

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferred
  • 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar position
  • Excellent customer service skills, super positive attitude
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite preferred
