12+ Months W2 Contract

- As an SAP (FSCM) Super User, you will provide expert-level SAP GUI functional knowledge, including FSCM CM, SD/FI and CC/CI; S4 HANA is a big plus.
- Support incoming inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics (enhancement requests, defects, issues, etc.)
- Work as part of a team of Business System Analysts who have a wide range of projects, systems, and initiatives that they are responsible for.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for business process improvements and identify opportunities for automation.
- Evaluate business requirements, design, test, and deploy business system changes.
- Monitor critical system health, identify optimization opportunities, and identify causes of any failures; partner with IT to resolve.
- Participate in the development and execution of user acceptance test (UAT) plan, including identifying test scenarios, created test cases and test data preparation and documentation.
- Document processes and technical detail of automated systems. May provide user training to system users.
- Create and maintain reports in Power BI, Tableau, and/or Alteryx.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years equivalent experience
- Knowledge of credit and collections processes is highly desirable
- SAP / S4 Hana super user experience including in-depth knowledge of SAP tables and functionality of FSCM CM
- Microsoft Dynamics experience, ideally with Quote-to-Billing process
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com, Intaact, NetSuite, and HighRadius
- Ability to define business requirements, govern scope, manage, and document testing efforts
- Must be able to quickly prioritize, problem solve, and work with a high level of accuracy
- Capable of self-management and learning. A focus on growth and development and willingness to learn additional systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to delivery timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Jira
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
