Role Overview:

As the Project Manager at a Data and Analytics Consulting Firm, you will be responsible for managing scope, risk and deliverables on key data warehousing initiatives.

 

Responsibilities
 

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths, and preparing risk management strategies.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.
• Building, developing, and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Conducting project post mortems and creating a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Resolving project issues and risks to ensure the successful completion of projects.
   

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion.

Auxiliary Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Github or JIRA
