About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a critical role in leading the technical planning and implementation of MDM projects, leveraging your expertise in cloud platforms and Agile methodologies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phases of MDM projects, including estimation, development, testing, and management.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document MDM requirements, including data elements, business rules, and use cases.

• Conduct comprehensive data mapping exercises to identify data sources, elements, and relationships relevant to the MDM implementation.

• Analyze and document existing data structures and data flows to assess compatibility with the Informatica P360 MDM solution.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for developers, with a particular focus on data mappings and transformations.

• Work directly and collaboratively with Business SMEs, MDM Solution Architects, Administrators, and developers.

• Serve as a Business Analyst lead and mentor, providing technical support and guidance to the team.

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members of various experience levels.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience in MDM Business Analysis.

• 5+ years' experience on the Informatica MDM platform (version 10.x required).

• Minimum of one implementation experience performed in a lead business analyst role.

• Proven ability to identify and implement best practices in MDM solutions.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Supply Chain Data.

• Development experience on a cloud platform (preferably Azure) is a plus.

• Client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions.

• Flexible, adaptable attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to diverse environments.

• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable field.

• Solid foundation in Computer Science with strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Experience developing software using agile methodologies.

• Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
