We are seeking a skilled and experienced VOIP Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As a key contributor, you will bring extensive expertise in VOIP/IP telephony, with a focus on Cisco UC technologies. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain VOIP/IP telephony solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the configuration and administration of Cisco UC Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity/Unity Connection (CUC).
• Manage Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) and facilitate integration with Cisco Jabber.
• Oversee Cisco Contact Center solutions, including UCCX or UCCE.
• Collaborate with teams to implement and support Cisco Webex Cloud technology (Waco and Wicca).
• Configure and maintain Calabrio Call recording systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and security of Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
