Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Commercial Pharma experience to join our team and work on Data & Analytics projects focused on implementing Data Lake solutions. This role will be instrumental in enabling advanced analytics and GenAI capabilities for our clients. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to support and execute the vision of the Commercial operation team. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining reports, managing data integration processes, and executing projects that contribute to the broader Commercial organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and execute the vision of the Commercial operation team.
  • Develop and maintain existing reports, data integration processes, and management processes.
  • Execute projects that support the broader Commercial organization's objectives.
  • Conduct data validation, integration, and management of various data sources, including IQVIA/Symphony national and HCP level sales data, call and sample data, and promotion-related data.
  • Implement and manage Veeva deployments and data integrations.
  • Utilize expertise in sales operations and sales analytics within the pharmaceutical industry, including CRM systems development and deployment.
  • Design and administer master data, incentive compensation, and field sales programs.
  • Implement commercial reporting and sales operations solutions.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools and data analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage data migration and data warehousing initiatives.
  • Utilize product recommendation datasets such as IQVIA or other third-party datasets like NPA, DDD, Veeva CRM, and Call Activity data.
  • Stay informed about Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences implementations and commonly used data sources for Customer Master and Sales information.
  • Collaborate with commercial data providers such as IQVIA or Symphony to leverage their offerings effectively.
Pay Range
$120,000.00   Annually to $180,000.00   Annually
