WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time Landscaper and Grounds Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our facility maintenance team in the maintenance and beautification around our 700-acre facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding.
- Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal needs.
- Sweep, rake, and remove debris from walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed, following safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in the construction of landscape features, such as retaining walls, pathways, and flower beds.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of landscaping storage areas and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Required:- Must have experience weed eating and mowing grass.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Work 8 – 10-hour shifts Monday – Friday.
- 30 hours per week.
- Work may involve bending, stooping, lifting heavy objects, and operating machinery in outdoor environments.
- Exposure to sun, heat, rain, and other outdoor elements is to be expected.
