Renewal by Andersen of St. Louis, MO is looking for Assistant Window and Door Installers! 

 
We are searching for self-motivated and eager to learn individuals to join our company. The Assistant Installers responsibilities include completing assigned tasks by your Lead Installer. 

 
Renewal by Andersen proudly provides replacement windows and doors to the St. Louis, MO and surrounding area. We are the replacement window division of Andersen Windows, drawing on the Andersen tradition of over 110 years of quality, innovation, and craftsmanship.

Our Assistant Installers prep and setup the install sites and perform window and/or door installations to go above and beyond customer expectations and service!! 


You will be working with the Lead Installer on:
  • Perusing installation guidelines in instances of ambiguity. 
  • Considering and consulting on the suitability of proposed installation areas. 
  • Positioning appliances according to stipulated specifications, environmental features, and clients' requests. 
  • Refitting dislodged implements to restore their placements. 
  • Testing devices to review their functionality. 
  • Furnishing clients with maintenance-related advice. 
  • Tidying installation sites promptly. 
  • Heeding prevailing building and safety stipulations
 

Qualifications & Skill Requirements: 
  • Carpentry experience helpful. 
  • Ability to work directly with customers and address any needs at the jobsite. 
  • Ability to be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments, and work well on a team.

Job Type: Full-time 


Pay: 20.00 per hour plus a monthly incentive plan

 

Schedule: 
 
  • 8 hour shift 
  • Monday to Friday 
  • Weekend availability 
Pay Range
$41,600.00   Annually to $41,600.00   Annually
