Responsibilities:

As the Automotive Service Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of the action, overseeing the overall operations and performance of our dealership. Your role will involve:

• Leading and supervising a talented team of automotive technicians and sales/customer service representatives.
• Crafting and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
• Identifying market trends, strategizing, and implementing initiatives to boost sales and enhance profitability.
• Efficiently managing inventory, ordering parts, and supplies to keep our services top-notch.
• Ensuring the dealership is adequately staffed and equipped to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Skillfully managing budgeting and financial aspects to keep operations within set parameters.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar automotive service management role.
• A robust background in automotive service coupled with strong management skills.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide our talented team.
• A solid understanding of business operations and financial management principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including Auto Shop Management software (experience with ASE certification is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Total compensation ranges from $100,000 - $140,000 Depending on Experience.
