We are currently seeking an Electrical Field Manager to join our Team in Albuquerque.

 

The Field Manager oversee an entire regional area and is responsible for coordinating field employees to cover all clients in a particular area. They schedule routes, assign clients to specific field employees, and arrange employee-client meetings.

 

Field managers perform regular performance evaluations of all field employees. They generate reports addressing any issues and highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each member of the field team. They create plans to help field employees improve, track employee progress to meet the goals of these plans, and submit performance reports to HR personnel and senior managers.

  • Review site survey information

  • Assess future projects to determine feasibility and design requirements.

  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel needed for residential solar installation projects

  • Provide technical assistance to roof crew & wiring technicians

  • Hire and fire staff as required

  • Disciple and Recognition 

  • Drive production

  • Complete other duties as assigned
     

What you will need in order to succeed in this role:

  • Experience in the relevant industry.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinking.
