We are hiring a full-time Support Analyst who will provide dedicated onsite support to one client for scheduled portion of each week. The right person for this seat must be technically capable and a self-starter with strong organizational and customer service skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Concept Technology clients
  • Respond to onsite incident tickets
  • Complete onsite and remote workstation deployments
  • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Perform user administration duties
  • Assist with front line phone queue, including ticket creation and triage
  • Work 8:00am-5:00pm at our Nashville office and the dedicated client site
  • On-call rotation five to six times a year; on-call support is weekdays from 6:00pm-11:00pm and weekends from 7:00am-6:00pm

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING:

  • At least 1 year of IT experience
  • Health care industry experience preferred, particularly vision
  • Help desk or call center experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Remote Desktop support
  • Active Directory and Exchange
  • Patch management
  • Advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting
  • TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
  • Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets (Android & iOS)
  • Professional appearance & demeanor
  • Reliable transportation

$50,000.00   Annually to $65,000.00   Annually
