Functional Responsibility
Analyzes and studies complex system requirements by utilizing research, discovery and development fundamentals. Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reutilization, domain analysis, and implementation management. Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, CASE tools, or other accepted design techniques. Estimates software development schedules, reviews existing programs through RDT&E, and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current Techniques.
