Your New Job
The Position:
Warehouse Leads possesses 4+ years of experience.  The Warehouse Lead is responsible for managing the Shop Workers and along with ensuring the logistics of materials (receive, store, organize and make deliveries of materials to and from client storage facilities, Congruex facilities, and jobsites) is completed efficiently, timely, and effectively. Warehouse Lead also manages the staging of materials for Congruex crews prior to mobilizing to the jobsite.
Warehouse workers shall be considered as complying with OSHA General Industry standards as opposed to the rest of Congruex Wireless employees who are OSHA Construction Industry compliant.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Manages organization of warehouse, project materials, project support, delivery, inventory and provide support to Managers and Techs. 
  • Responsible for ensuring all project materials are ready and staged timely.
  • Manages all Shop Workers to be proficient in their daily work and keep safety at the forefront.
  • Proficient understanding of inventory and tracking programs
  • Ability to organize storage facilities, materials, and supplies
  • Provide high quality work
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Lead ensures all Shop Workers have the appropriate hour’s clocked onsite and approves time appropriately.
  • Lead maintains assigned vehicles and trailers and ensure they are in a professional/presentable condition.
  • Possess acceptable time management, people management, and leadership skills
  • Continually shows company support by following and enforcing all company policies and procedures
  • Successfully train Shop Workers to operate efficiently and safely.
  • Lead is reliable and punctual.
  • Lead shows positive attitude, works well with his crew, upholds the highest safety measures, and promotes the True North culture.
