Status: Full-time, ExemptOverview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides support to assigned business units, managing employee relations, interpreting HR policies, and assisting with performance reviews, compensation, and training. The HRBP collaborates with the labor relations team, legal counsel, and various departments to resolve HR issues and ensure compliance.Key Responsibilities:
- Advise business units on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Partner with labor relations on contract negotiations and union matters.
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee complaints.
- Support compensation, performance reviews, and HR-related training.
Qualifications:
- College degree, 3+ years of HR experience (union environment preferred).
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and HRIS skills.
Salary Range: $80,000–$94,000
