Job Summary
The IT Analyst – Technical is an Oracle Fusion technical / functional engineer role. This individual is part of the fast-paced technology team supporting Wego’s global chemical distribution network in complex Ocean-Rail-Truck multi-modal shipments. The IT Analyst is a technical, individual contributor role but collaborates with other team members to ensure a project's success. The ideal candidate for this position must have hands on experience configuring, customizing, and integrating OTM in the cloud.
Responsibilities- Leverage Oracle BI Reporting to solve complex business problems.
- Participate in full projects from concept to launch, with some architect responsibilities.
- Manage defects by determining root cause, implement corrective action and document findings in Wego’s CRM tool.
- Monitor and maintain system health monitors so deviations from the norm are detected early.
- Work directly with business partners to define / refine requirements in Solution and Dashboards.
- Participate in weekly meetings and track project progress in Asana.
- Design and develop Webservices/APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Expertise in building, error handling, auditing, scheduling, deployment, monitoring/alert integrations in OIC/ICS, and support end-to-end testing of integrations.
- Thorough knowledge of Mapping, Lookups, Connections, XSLT, Agents, Packages, and other features of OIC.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.

- Experience with Oracle SQL, PL SQL.
- 3+ years of work experience with Oracle Fusion BI Reporting, OBIEE.
