- Inspecting and analyzing the performance of a building as it relates to the structural elements, building envelope, and surrounding site conditions related to the overall aspect of building construction.
- Examine façade, roof, building construction and site elements related to their effect on the building’s overall performance.
- Review the ongoing work of contractors for the completion of project activities (field and office) and prepares design/repair packages and summary documentation (reports, correspondence, verbal communication) for Project Manager review.
- Utilize knowledge with design/analysis within related field (architecture/engineering).
- Prepare design/analysis specifications and calculations for active projects are accurate and updated on active projects.
- Analyze schematic layouts of structural framing by using applied software for the analysis, interpretation and design of structural components.
- Ensure contractors adhere to the contract documents (field/office) and prepares summary documentation for presentation with results of investigations.
- Prepare technical reports, ensuring structure and language utilized is easily understood by client and grammatically correct.
- Assist and maintain project schedules, change orders and budgets.
- Required Skills

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
3-5 years of experience working on building facade design projects and remediation.
Strong analytical and organization skills.
Strong design software skills.
