Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN – All Shifts 

V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is actively hiring Medical Surgical/Telemetry, District of Columbia Licensed Registered Nurses to join our growing team. In support of client, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in both the medical-surgical and telemetry settings. The RN will possess not only clinical expertise but also strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with patients and their families.  

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient conditions, including vital signs and telemetry data, to quickly identify any changes or complications. 

Care Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective management of patient needs. 

Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments, following established protocols and monitoring for adverse reactions. 

Patient & Family Education: Provide clear and concise education to patients and their families about care procedures, medications, and recovery processes. 

Emergency Response: Act swiftly in emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills to stabilize patients. 

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. 

Requirements: 

Valid DC RN License 

Associate’s degree in nursing, required  

Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred 

Current BLS required, ACLS preferred 

2 years of MedSurg experience, preferred
