Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN – All Shifts 

V-Tech Solutions, Inc. is actively sourcing for Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurses to join our growing team. In support of our client, the ideal candidate will provide safe, competent nursing care services for patients with complex medical conditions. The RN will possess not only clinical expertise but also strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with patients and their families. 

Advanced Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough, ongoing evaluations using advanced monitoring tools to promptly detect changes in patient conditions. 

Critical Care Management: Administer medications, manage complex treatments, and operate critical care equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors. 

Emergency Response: Act decisively during emergencies, performing rapid interventions in line with ACLS/BLS protocols and hospital guidelines. 

Collaborative Care Planning: Work in tandem with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans for each patient. 

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and hospital policies. 

Patient & Family Education: Inform and support patients and their families about care plans, treatment options, and recovery processes. 

Requirements: 

Valid DC RN License 

Associate’s degree in nursing, required/Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferred 

Current BLS required, ACLS preferred 

2 years of ICU experience, required   

CCRN preferred
